What you should do
- 1Update: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and contact their installer.
- 2The installer must remove the material safety data sheet from the older model, take a photo of the material safety data sheet and send it to Les Industries Dettson Inc., by e-mail at techs@dettson.ca.
- 3The installer must contact Les Industries Dettson Inc., Technical Support, and provide the consumer's full name and address.
- 4Based on a normal lifespan of 20 years, compensation will be allocated directly to the consumer depending on the age of the product (based on the date of installation).
- 5For more information, consumers can contact Les Industries Dettson Inc. by telephone at 819-346-8493 / 1-800-567-2733, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. – 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
