- 1Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products and contact their local authorized Trek retailer for free replacement of the back wheel.
- 2For more information, consumers can contact the Trek Customer Care Team by telephone at 1-800-373-4594, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 6 pm CT, by email at customercare@trekbikes.com, or visit the company website.
- 3Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC) and Trek Bicycle Corporation.
- 4Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
- 5Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
