- 1Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled nut chopper and contact the place of purchase for instructions on how to return the product for a full refund.
- 2For more information, only consumers who purchased the nut chopper at Lee Valley Tools from December 2018 to October 2019 with proof of purchase can contact them by telephone toll-free at 1-800-267-8761, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- 3EST and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm EST, or by email.
- 4Do not contact Lee Valley Tools if the nut chopper was purchased at another retailer.
- 5Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
