- 2For more information, consumers can contact Canadian Tire by telephone at 1-800-387-8803, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm EST and on Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
- 3Consumers can also visit the company website.
- 4Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
- 5Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
