- 3Consumers who have not been notified directly, should contact Lightform for a free firmware upgrade to fix the software issue.
- 4Consumers may contact Lightform at 1-855-242-5066 Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM PST or online.
- 5Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
