- 1Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled products or take temporary precautions using a safety strap to reduce the chance of malfunction and contact the company for a free repair kit to permanently correct the defect.

- 3Each repair kit will include a new pivot handle assembly, detailed instructions, and all necessary hardware.
- 4Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
- 5Health Canada would like to remind consumers to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
