- 2For more information, consumers can contact Best Buy Canada by telephone at 1-800-566-7498 from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- 3Central Time Monday through Friday, by email at range@realtimeresults.net or visit the recall website at https://www.recallrtr.com/range or www.bestbuy.ca and click on “Product Recalls” located in the footer at the bottom of the page.
- 4Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC ) and Best Buy Canada.
- 5Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
