What you should do
- 1Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled product and request a free replacement unit by registering online at www.recall.cosori.com or contacting the toll-free recall hotline at 1-888-216-5974 Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM ET.
- 2No receipt is needed to receive a replacement unit.
- 3Joint recall with Health Canada, the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (US CPSC), PROFECO and Etekcity Corporation.
- 4Please note that the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act prohibits recalled products from being redistributed, sold or even given away in Canada.
- 5Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
