What you should do
- 1Consumers should immediately stop using affected pumps installed on the surface, such as those used in tanks and ponds, and contact Grundfos or your installer for a repair or replacement.
- 2Affected pumps that have not been installed yet should be returned for a replacement.
- 3For pumps installed in wells, no immediate action is required, but affected pumps should be identified and isolated and Grundfos contacted when the pump is removed from the well for any reason in the future.
