What you should do
- 1Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled bed rails and contact Neaude for a refund.
- 2Consumers should write “RECALLED” on the upper and lower rails with a permanent marker, write "Bought on or after August 21, 2023" on a piece of paper, take a photo of this alongside the marked bed rails and email the photo to ruiye1234@outlook.com.
- 3Consumers should then dispose of the recalled product in accordance with municipal waste guidelines.
